The R&D team of Zhejiang Boxai Ecotechnology Co., Ltd. gathers excellent scientific research power at home and abroad, and builds a solid technical barrier with profound academic accumulation and efficient industrial transformation ability. The R&D team consists of Zhejiang Province “Ten Thousand People Program Young Top Talents”, “Science and Technology Innovation Young Top Talents” and “Hangzhou High-level Talents”, as well as a team of postdoctoral fellows from Texas Tech University and Johns Hopkins University, who majored in Chemical and Biological Engineering. Since 2007, the founding team of Zhejiang Podcast has taken the lead in PLA industrialization, and after 18 years of continuous innovation, we have made significant breakthroughs in PLA modification technology, casting process and industrialization application.

We took the lead in solving the technical problems of PLA heat-resistant modification, and are the main inventor of “CPLA straw”; we innovated and developed PLA high-transparency casting process; we researched and developed a new type of co-polymerized PLA material, which is applied in the field of 3D consumables; we have built the industry's first PLA co-polymerized cast film production line, and the first biobased PET/PETG multilayer co-extruded cast film production line, which realizes the production of biologically-based PLA film, and the first biologically-based PLA film. The first cast film production line for bio-based PET/PETG multilayer co-extruded film, realizing the leapfrog development of biodegradable cast film technology from laboratory to industrialization. With profound technology accumulation and continuous process optimization, we have formed a complete PLA industrialization technology system, providing leading material solutions for the industry.
